M Mahadevan, Chairman & Managing Director, Oriental Cuisine Pvt Ltd, re-defined bread when he launched his first 'Hot Breads' outlet in Chennai in 1988.  Since then he has taken his brand of bread around the world - to Europe, the Middle East, canada and Africa.  Along the way this Non Resident Indian has added different cuisnes - Indian, Chinese, Mexican - and in an unparelled success story now has 117 partners around the world.  On WE CONNECT Mahadevan - who has combined food and business so effectively - talks to Anchor Jennifer Arul about that remarkable journey and where he is now heading.
